Jill Collins, Chad's wife and business associate, works across the board on various projects. She is responsible for the design and implementation of the team's overall marketing strategy. In addition, Jill is responsible for making sure that each listing is show-cased with a customized marketing plan delivered in both print and on the web.

Prior to real estate, Jill spent over 12 years working internationally as a consultant in the Customer Relationship Marketing area. Working at Peppers and Rogers Group, one of the premier marketing consulting firms in the United States, Jill is a contributing author to two topselling business books. Her client list includes companies such as Nordstrom, Microsoft, EDS and Sabre.

Jo Ella Summers serves as our Listing Manager. She plays a vital role with our clients as she is responsible for the day-to-day management of our listings. Jo Ella's attention to detail is critical in the communication to and from our valued customers.

Prior to joining our team, Jo Ella was a successful realtor in the Coldwell Banker Southlake Office. With degrees in both Accounting and Education and a myriad of professional and leadership positions while living in Germany, Spain, Nevada, Virginia, Oklahoma, and the last 18 years in DFW, she brings a wealth of experience to our team and especially our clients.

Paulette Webster serves as our Listing Coordinator. She holds what we consider one of the most critical roles on our team. Paulette is responsible for the daily management of each listing. She handles all incoming calls and serves as a constant interface between our customers and the real estate touchpoints.

Paulette has over 20 years in the Real Estate industry. She spent 18 years as an Office Manager. Her in-depth knowledge of this industry, friendly personality and most importantly, her caring heart make her truly irreplaceable to her team and our clients.

Cheryl Collins serves as integral part of the Chad Collins & Co. team. Her in-depth knowledge of Northeast Tarrant County and each school district set her apart from other Buyer's Agents. Before earning her real estate license, Cheryl spent 36 years working in the education field. In her final position in education, Cheryl served as an Assistant Principal at Johnson Elementary School and Carroll Intermediate in Southlake, Texas. During this time, Johnson Elementary received the coveted Exemplary rating and Blue Ribbon Award.

Cheryl has a strong background in management and organization. In assisting buyers in finding their perfect home, Cheryl can be depended upon to provide unparalleled professionalism and personal attention.

James Collins is one of the first team members our clients come into contact with once a listing goes Active in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). James insures that each one of our properties is presented in the best light. He is responsible for the digital pictures, coordinating Virtual Tours, sign placement, flyer delivery and on-going support to customers. James goes above and beyond to meet our clients' needs.

James worked 36 years in operations as a District Manager for Fox Photo/Eastman Kodak.

JOE LUMPKIN
Feedback Coordinator

Joe Lumpkin serves as our team's Feedback Coordinator. Joe is responsible for following all showing activity on our listings. He stays in constant communication with real estate agents in gaining the feedback from each showing. He then reports this feedback to Chad and to clients to help them better position their home to sell.

Joe spent 28 years as a Branch Manager for Ford Motor Credit Company in Amarillo, Texas.
